eeprom memory in mobile phones

Hi,

just want to know if anyone has any experiance in dealing with eeprom memory in mobile phones to acquire data stored in the eeprom chips. I will like to know what software and hardware is available to get evidance from eeprom, and if someone can point me in the direction of literature regarding eeprom data acqisition.

so basically, if you come across a phone which is not compatable with any forensic hardware and software, i know you can remove the circuit board of the phone and remove the eeprom chips and take the evidence from them, but i dnt know how this is done, what hardware/software is used. so if anyone has experiance with this, their help will be appreciated.

I will also like to know about wat software/hardware is required for cell site analysis?
