File Encryptor software

All,Here's what I'm looking for…I'd like to get recommendations from the community regarding a freeware tool that will encrypt files on Windows systems. What I'm looking for is a secure means to provide files to another party that may not have PGP or any other special software installed. I'd like to be able encrypt the file(s) with a passphrase, and then ship the file to the other party, and provide them with the passphrase out of band. Basically, I'm looking for a freeware tool that uses known encryption algorithms (AES, TwoFish, Blowfish, whatever) to encrypt files, and provides a stub similar to a PGP SDA file.Thoughts? Thanks,H

Check out Remora. They have both a free version and pay version. I think the free version has an option to create a self-decrypting files so it may be suitable for your needs.
