No, there is no such chapter in the book. Yes, I think there should have been one, but after several months I think I appreciate why it doesn't exist.
Anyway, I've spent some time of the past year writing what I think that kind of chapter should be.

It's not ISO 9660 for Dummies, nor is it a cheat-sheet for ISO 9660 analysis. You'll still need to read The Standard. But it should be a bit easier to understand what you need to read, where it can be found, and you should also have a rough idea of what the standard actually says when you get there.
I would appreciate comments for future improvements. Sourceforge issue report are probably fine, as are personal mail. If you prefer to reply here, ensure that any comments are tagged, as I've lost the habit of reading this forum regularly, and probably will need a heads-up.
