Hi all
Im fairly new here and was wondering if any of ye could give me a bit of advice. In a module network security we have to give a presentation of security and certain breaches that can occur and give a physical example, e.g Buffer overflows, digital watermarking,SQL injection, WPA,.net security
Any one have any advice what would be an easy thing to do

thanks

A great deal of information on all of these has been published and there are some very good resources out there, like "Counter Hack Reloaded" by Ed Skoudis and Tom Liston. You might look at (and they mention), WebGoat, which is part of the Open Web Application Security Project

This is a demonstration project to illustrate how exploits occur. You can also look at Amazon's listing for the book that I mentioned, to find other references to similar efforts aimed at demonstrating common weaknesses and how they are exploited.
