Since Helix has gone commercial, which *nix based distro is most widely used for Forensics work?

Free Helix works fine for me. There are several other distros around which you can find by searching this forum. This topic was quite popular some time ago -)

I am involved in the development of BackTrack forensics and Believe it to be an excellent distro. Im trying to get a short list of other open source tools to include so if anyone has a recommendation please forward that to me.
