I'm considering purchasing a Hardcopy I or II. I'd like to hear from anyone using either of these units. Did it meet your expectations? Did you experience any performance or reliability issues? Would you recommend the Hardcopy units? Any info is appreciated.

You can't even drive a car, how can you expect to use a complex piece of machinery like the HC I or II

Course I can't even acquire a Mac so I don't know what I am talking about.

It wasn't that I couldn't drive. I didn't have a car available and I'd still be driving there because of all the road destruction and traffic. You know the two seasons in Chicago ….. Winter and Road Construction!!

Besides, didn't you get my message or email or did you forget how to use a phone? And where's my audio stuff???

The two seasons in Chicago, does that go with the two states of traffic in Chicago . . . stopped for an accident and stopped for construction? Amazing that anyone gets around at all sometimes.

I cannot speak to the HC I or II, but I love hardware capture devices. I use the Logicube MD5 (saving up for the Forensic Talon). I know that the Solo III Forensic from ImageMASSter (available on icsforensic.com) is also a favorite.

My office currently has 2 of the Hard Copy II's and they are without a doubt a TREMENDOUS life and time saver! Nothing bad that I can note about them as of yet!

On the HCII website and in the pdf spec sheet they don't mention write blocking. Is it built in or does it require use of a third party product?
