Hi everyone,

If you're planning on heading to DFRWS this week, I'll be there taking notes, interviewing people and writing about the topics under discussion. Come and say hello if you're around!

There's an overview of the programme here - if there are any topics you'd especially like to see covered in depth, let me know.

After a quick scan of the program, I found this title intriguing

Digital evidence, 'absence' of data and ambiguous patterns of reasoning

Then I got the actual paper
http//wp.unil.ch/forensicdecision/publications/
http//wp.unil.ch/forensicdecision/files/2016/03/Biedermann_Vuille_2016.pdf

And understood how it was of no interest whatsoever. 😯

It actually made me really sad ( , making me think about molehills and mountains and (huge) piles of you know what.

I hope that other papers/presentations will be more interesting or relevant, and of course I wish you have a nice time over there ) .

All look interesting, but I would like to attend to these two
"Evidence Exchange between Courts in Europe a standard proposal to be discussed."

"Panel Discussion
Title Conclusions Scales or Likelihood Ratios in Digital Forensic Science
Moderator Eoghan Casey"

Have fun )

Thanks jaclaz, hopefully I'll be able to write about some interesting presentations!

@kacos - Thanks for the suggestions, I'll make sure I include those in my round-ups )
