Sierra Wireless 'SIM'-cards have an on-chip agent for failure-recovery, see here

Can anyone forensically investigate this 'agent' and post results here? We tried to get eSIMs from Sierra Wireless but also not working.
Which canadian (beautiful country) is willing to help?
