Help with Parsed Chrome Favicon snapshot data for site visit using DuckDuckGo.

I'm working a case using Axiom and looking at the returned data for the favicon history, I see a path to the favicon and two additional favicon paths with the word "snapshot".  The search browser used is DuckDuckGo, which list these as a history.  Are these 3 separate site visits or is chrome making snapshots similar to prefetch?  The times are all the same, but, are the times the same due to the listings of all the returns with DDG search?
