I have got hard drive from Digital Video Recorder (without DVR). It is labeled only "VEKO H.264". I am looking for way (program) to read data (video) from this HD and convert/save data into some popular multimedia format

DVR Examiner is probably your best bet
Alternatively it might be possible to carve out frames and compile them back together with ffmpeg but that's significantly harder than running an automated tool

Contact volta.com.pl, they sell veko dvr-s, and have soft for it.

I called to volta.com.pl. They don't sell this DVR now
