i attempt to get movie or image from network-cameara.
but i can't get or decode , so please tell me how to decode.

results of my investigation
•file carving is failure with x-ways(per byte)
•method of carve sps,pps,idr-frame sequently is failure.
*i have decoded with this method at another data.
•first binary data is "toob".
•there are "462h" in some places of binary data.
•there are "mges" in some places of binary data.
