How to determine when a dialer has been blocked (iPhone device) ?

Hi,

Is it possible to know when a dialers has been blocked ?

When I check on "/private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.cmfsyncagent.plist" I see the dialer, but how can I do if I'd like to know when this dialer has been add to this plist ?
