Hellow.

I'm working for military investigation division.
I mainly work on computer forensic not mobile.
But now I got a task to introduce new smartphone forensic system.
(we already have a cell phone forensic system.)

I do not know about cell/smart phone forensic well
so, I need your helps.

For buying a smart phone analyzer(system? tools? whatever.), what are most essential and important features/functions to consider?

support for general smartphone OS(iOS, symbian, android, windows mobile) ?
support for Micro USIM analysis/cloning?
support for Backup files analysis on PC?

and…?
