[Solved] I'm either apprx -20.00 seconds behind or +20.00 sec ahead of nist.time.gov

Greetings.

I'm very green to digital technology and other aspects of their operotations, but I seem to know that synchronization is important when dealing with TLS/SSL certificates. With this in mind because of the recent chrome cookie restoration exploit/vulnerability thats been made known I logged out of all my accounts and noticed that my ChromeBook can't seem to synchronize properly with nist.time.gov, this may not be very DFIR relevant but I do know that timestamps mean everything and being off be 20 seconds is huge! Any help would be great!
