From what mail application? Thunderbird? Seamonkey? Outlook? Eudora? Opera? Pegasus? InScribe? … or something else?

I'm not sure I'd want to convert mail files, at least not without thorough testing that no information is mangled or lost. i'd try using the original e-mail application to start with.

Assuming you have the profile of a mozilla thunderbird user account?

Have you googled something like "thunderbird forensics"? or made an effort to search these forums yet?

I'm guessing you are studying or learning as I've noticed you asking a few questions lately, and some of them have been quite basic which you could have easily found the answers by searching these forums and other resources.

I don't mean to be critical, it's just that I feel you may be asking for people to hand you things on a platter which you can easily learn for yourself with a little persistence )
