Import of Oxygen Physical Image into Autopsy

I obtained a full physical image of an LG LS665 using Oxygen Detective. I would like to examine the image in Autopsy to verify my results and also for some additional experience with Autopsy. Do I have to do anything to the image file before pulling it into Autopsy?
