In a high value theft case in a shopping mall we try to combine the radio and optical layers. Actually we got out the MAC Media Access Control address of the MS Mobile Station's LTE modem (Broadcom Snapdragon 810) but WiFi was turned off. The optical layer of the mall's public surveillance system's DVR provides the suspects side face profile but unsharp face frontside. No facial recognition software was running on the DVR for returning customers recognition.
Combining evidence finding of the two layers is difficult as the radio layer indoor just have partial small cells LTE but many WiFi small cells which are no help.
Which analytics software suite is best on the market to feed in both layers, radio and optical?
The optical layer's evidence is all focussed on suspect's geomovement and behavior, all highly professional non-suspicious and high style dressing and body language.
The radio layer is providing speed of movement 2D together with floor's exact level relative indoor and also level above see.
To simulate the layers separate into a Faro 3D laser imaging file is difficult. But fetching both
3D augmented laser imaging fails.
