ios 16 app cache recovery

Just seeing who has had luck here, colleague Has an iPhone 13 pro ok ios 16.3 I think, we have device password. Got information on suspect behaviour with telegram but the account is seemingly deleted. Just seeing if anyone has had success with the cache, I know these things are sandboxed and data doesn't linger in the cache long, but there's apparently no specific time it lingers on the device but we're hoping something is lingering.
