im trying to recover deleted whatsapp msg's from iphone 4s ( ios 9.3.5 ) unfortunately there is no jailbreak for this version !! according to https://ipsw.me/ no jailbreak and no downgrade ( becuse the last Signed IPSWs from apple is ios 9.3.5 !!!

so is there any help to get recover deleted content from that iphone !!

You can use Cellebrite CAIS service. You would have to ship the phone to them, pay for the extraction and they do it for you…
