Hello, can somebody please tell me if any deleted iMessage/SMS can be recovered from an iPhone XS running iOS 13? I sent the device to a well known company who has failed at its attempts to retrieve such data. They tell me deleted data is impossible to recover from this device and OS. Many thanks

What they have said is true. Since iOS 12, Apple has decided to almost immediately overwrite deleted iMessage/SMS from the SQLite database. You need to consider secondary locations such as iTunes or iCloud backups for any hope of recovery.

if the phone is not shutdown,is possible to search and pick up from the entryption memory.
