I am sure many people will end up with these and unfortunately some of those will end up using these devices for things they shouldn't.

I know I will be buying one when they are available to see what data I can get off it and to find out what kind of a foot print it leaves on computers it gets connected to.

I also like the idea of having something smaller than a laptop with a better battery life for watching films when travelling.

Love my iPhone (after saying I would never get one) best user interface I have seen in a phone. Scale that up to a pad format and you get something that can be used properly to surf the web (the iPhone is pants at this) with the different apps I use I can see it as something I will leave on the desk top and will carry with me on my trips into London on the train so I can get my email, yes read books and PDFs, surf the web and access the apps I use daily.

I really do think it will be a killer despite the limitations jobs has imposed (flash mainly).

So are you going to go for the 3G iPad or just the WiFi one Paul?

Not proud to say so, but I agree!

Will buy one when they are released here which will be by the end of the month I beleive.

I'm holding out for an Android Based ADAM or something similar.. Fight the Power!!

mmm…for me I rather stay away from IPAD. It is truly seducing my eyes…hehe..but I could not stand with IPAD since it doesn't support multitasking and no camera. Multitasking is the most important part overall!!
