Is it possible to recover deleted videos from iPhone 6 ?
I have full access to the phone.
If yes what should be done first ?
Jailbreak of the device ?
Is there a way to create physical image of iphone 6 which I suppose is necessary to recover deleted data ?

I am exactly in the same situation.
An iphone 6 with a deleted video to search, I still do not have the device in the hands but I seek the solution in order to recover an erased video.

I did some research and it looks like there is no way to recover deleted videos/photos from iOS4+ file system due to encryption. Only deleted messages can be restored under certain circumstances.

You can recover deleted photos and videos from backups of the device from iCloud.
You can recover thumbnails of deleted videos and photos from the device.
The photos you deleted are sent to the album Last Deleted. Photos remain here for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Of course, it's possible to recover deleted videos from iPhone 6 before they are overwritten by new data. First use iPhone data recovery software to scan out iPhone 6 and check if the deleted videos can be scanned out. If yes, you can easily get them back.
If you mean deleted for good, not only moved to Recently Deleted, all you can recover is thumbnails. When real deletion happens, the encryption keys used to encrypt each file are also zapped and there is no way to recover the original image(s).
@congufo can you please post the name of the programs and their vendors, which can recover really deleted files from iPhone 6 ?!
