Hi everyone, we have acquired a customer's iPhone 8 (A1905) with UFED Touch2 and we have performed a File System Extraction (Advanced Logical). The image was created successfully and with a size of 52GB. Ufed touch2 shown us the there wasn't iTunes encryption and to extract much data we set a default encryption. Now, with Physical Analyzer shows us only images and videos and not for example the whatsapp chat and call log. Can you help us?

Did you jailbreak the phone?

Are the pictures and video literally all you got back? Or is there data from other apps but not the ones you wanted?

we didn't do the jailbreak of device. 

We performed an advanced logical image (File System).

Exactly, there are only picture and videos but not app information.

That doesn't sound right. I would try another extraction method.

For FFS, use checkm8 or jailbrake the device.
