Hello,
Can anyone help me. I am trying to extract data from an iphone XS Max using cellebrite physical analyser but i keep getting unexpected error. I tried with the phone's original cable and the iphone cable that comes with the cellebrite ufed. I have tried opening the application as an admin also. Anyone has an idea what can be done.

Try Cellebrite Physical Analyser on a Windows computer.
Verify that when the iPhone is connected to the computer that it is recognised by Windows and you should be able to get an extraction.

You can also get images from Ufed 4pc. No problem.
