I brought this issue before. I need help from Paraben. My DS lite program requires me to put the activation key to keep using it, however, I don't know how to do it. So far there has been no respose from Paraben more than two months. I issued the ticket and no response almost one month. After that, I sent e-mail to Amber according to BornToWriteBlock's comment, no respose again.
So please let me know if any member used to work or is working at Paraben, then probably I could ask the member how to solve this issue.
I would like to let you members know that I am not going to buy Paraben's products anymore. If anyone wants to buy these products, I really want to say "Do NOT buy them unless you do NOT care about customer service".
