I receive a lot of LGL16C TracFones and even if they are unlocked I cannot extract them at all because Cellebrite does not support it. When I search for this phone it is no where to be seen. Anyone know of a way to extract this phone using Cellebrite or if they will ever support it? Thanks.
Since it looks like it is an Android Phone, it doesn't really matter if Cellebrite knows it or not.
Go to Manual Selection - Chinese Android - MTK. Then do a logical and Filesystem Android Backup Dump to get started. These will work with any android phone.
You can even try to do a physical extraction via ADB (should work on Android 4.2 and below, might work on later android versions up to 5.1.1 if certain conditions are met) and Bootloader (works if the phone has indeed an MTK processor).

I get a lot of Tracfones as well. I wish Cellebrite would get better support for physical extractions on them. I'm in the same camp.
Please send Cellebrite support the phone models (model number) that you are encountering and Cellebrite will look at them and try to add support.
