Linkedin Forensic Computing University Group

Hi,

I just wanted to post this message here rather than in the education forum as I'm trying to target as many relevant professionals as possible. Considering my Forensic Computing degree I have started a group to hopefully bring others together who have experiences and opinions of the Forensic Computing academic and professional world.

I have created this group with the goal of holding an open discussion around the teaching of forensic computing. Students experiences, the progression of the course and moving into the professional forensic industry. I would also like to hear from professionals who take on students and experiences on that front.

I believe a lot can be learnt from discussing the many issues and topics this subject brings up.

I would like to ask anybody either current students, placement students or professional who have graduated with a forensic computing related degree to join in and share their opinion on the academic community which is trying to shape the forensic professionals of the future.

I, and hopefully many others, will be interested to see what discussions can come from a large variety of people discussing these subjects together.
