I'm trying to find the firmware and any documentation related to a Tableau T8-R2 USB write blocker. I've checked various places, including the manufacturer's website / opentext but I can't find anything.
Certain firmware version(s) for the T8-R2 had a bug that allowed writes when it was connected via USB. So I obviously want to ensure that it's running a more recent firmware. I also need to know the correct procedure for updating the T8-R2. Which is another bit of information I'm struggling to find an authoritative source on.
Could someone please tell me when I can obtain firmware and / or documentation for the T8-R2?

Unfortunately all the download links for the various firmware versions had an http Cert error for the download link. However, I was able to find the firmware on another website and use the checksum provided by opentext, to verify my download.
I was also unable to find the kind of documentation I was looking for, i.e. a user guide that explains basic features and functionality... perhaps it doesn't actually exist?
The official Guidance Software (OpenText) support site has firmware and documentation for the Tableau T8-R2. Downloads and product manuals can be found in their resources section.
