Mac with MDM enrolled.

Hello, I am trying to determine if this clients mac has an MDM or was ever enrolled. 

I looked through the configuration profiles and I don't see a profile in there. I do however see a MDM_ComputerPrefs.plist that has a MDM server hash as well as a ratelimit_depnagViatool. which I imaged another Mac that does not have a MDM on it and it was blank. 

I also have these artifacts "com.apple.mdmclient.timer.AutoCertRenewalCheck" which my understanding is the Mac telling you to finish enrollment. 

My assumption is maybe where they bought the mac from previously had an MDM process started or was once enrolled and is no longer enrolled. 

I don't have an MDM software to set up a Mac with and then see what artifacts show me that an MDM was enrolled. Does anyone have a test image for a mac with an MDM enrolled? or able to let me know what I should be seeing if it is enrolled? I don't have the physicals device only an image.
