Can anybody think of a valid reason for USB artefacts not to be displayed on a usb when doing a quick scan/triage on a USB device.
When viewing the device in file system mode everything is displayed as it should be however nothing appears in artefact view?
Iv'e messaged Magnet but still awaiting a response

For better understanding of your question, could you give an example of such an USB artifact?

Eveything the USB was populated with, images, videos documents etc

do you mean the contents of the USB are not being correctly categorised by Axiom or that Axiom doesn't recognise the USB as such?Â
