Hi my phone was compromised by a crooked garda he plugged it in to a laptop and done something I asked what he was doing he said to me that he was fixing a problem, the next day when I got my phone back their was emails missing along with messenger files and messages, also what's app files missing on the device lots of screen shots pictures and messages, I know the bugged the phone it doesn't bother me I have nothing to hide, my question is can that data be retrieved if he wiped it from a pc, need help with this as I had a lot of information about stuff that would have implications for certain people
I don't think it's easy to recover phone data if you don't have a backup. Also you should store mailbox and other items in PC first then wipe it phone.
