Mount vmware esx server exported

Hello Have a nice day

We went to incident response case and exported the client's server then we went lab and tried encase7 accessdata for mount it. But even it is not corrupted it didnt open .Further more we have 3 exported server vmdk disk alll of them didnt open as you see in the picture

Can anyone help me

As a general rule there are more .vmdk file formats than stars in the sky 😯 .

(not necessarily complete or exhaustive, but it may give you some ideas to first identify the image type, which would the first step IMHO)

Yours seems of the streamOptimized kind

which reportedly is a variation of a monolithicsparse format, most probably there is - if the identification is confirmed - some tool to convert it to something that one of the tools you are using can access/mount/whatever.
