Hello Have a nice day
We went to incident response case and exported the client's server then we went lab and tried encase7 accessdata for mount it. But even it is not corrupted it didnt open .Further more we have 3 exported server vmdk disk alll of them didnt open as you see in the picture
Can anyone help me

As a general rule there are more .vmdk file formats than stars in the sky 😯 .
A good list/set of info is given here

http//
(not necessarily complete or exhaustive, but it may give you some ideas to first identify the image type, which would the first step IMHO)
Yours seems of the streamOptimized kind
http//
which reportedly is a variation of a monolithicsparse format, most probably there is - if the identification is confirmed - some tool to convert it to something that one of the tools you are using can access/mount/whatever.
