You do not have to convert the NSRL RDS text files to use them in X-ways. X-ways can automatically extract the relevant hash values from the NSRL RDS text files based on the hash database that you have initialized. For example, if you have initialized a SHA-1 hash database, X-ways will only import the SHA-1 hash values from the NSRL RDS text files.

If you are talking about the new Sqlite versions of the NSRL hashsets, I've not tried adding them as Sqlite databases yet, but here is some info on converting them to text files:
