I am having a lot of trouble getting this installed. It keeps saying that the license key needs to be activated, and when I activate it, it just shuts down. Has anyone else had this problem? Or offer some suggestions on how to fix this?

I'm tempted, their rates for calling the helpline are a tad steep. And I just spent a bunch getting the license itself.

The 877 number is never answered. I did manage to get help online but it did take a little while.
The phone number is managed, but during Moscow, Russia working time.

I've always found their support to be good. I submitted a support request via their online form last evening and got a response pretty much straight away.
