Good Day Everyone,
Am in a fix with an investigation captured on CCTV on JPEG format with Videos and pictures which is barely visible for recognition on a laptop, am in dare need of any online Tool/ software that can help enhance visibility for recognition of these criminals.

The best tool for graphics, including enhancements for free, I know of.

Definite thumbs up for GIMP. Amazing bit of software considering the price tag!
