I am a paralegal and have an issue regarding a termination of contract that was supposedly prepared, printed and handed to a party. I have a Word version of the document and the metadata shows it was created in 2016 but there is no data showing it was ever printed. MY ESI expert told me that we could not rely on there not being a print date to prove it was never printed (and therefore never given to the other party). Is there any way to prove that the document was never printed (or emailed)? This is a huge obstacle in our case and I appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.Â
