Hi, can anyone suggest a accurate PST/OST email items counting software which can count number of emails of many PST/OSTs in one go.

Paraben's Email Examiner has a feature that will quickly count all emails in PST/OST files. Of course, it's a full forensic analysis tool so it may be more than you need.

Not sure if Sherpa Software's Report Attender will do the job but might worth a look-see. Early Case Assessment tool, not too expensive
ProofFinder in a roundabout way could also do the job as long (a) you have less than 15GB total data and (b) you don't mind waiting for indexing (at least I think you have to wait for the indexing)
