Does anybody recommend any tools to pull and analyze metadata in Word Perfect files?

I'm looking for modifications and dates, if possible. Any suggestions welcome.

What about PinPoint Metaviewer? It's free. Pretty sure it works on word perfect.

Thanks for the suggestion. No love, though.
Just tried it- it doesn't seem to work on WPD files- it only seems to pull OLE data.

Hmm… I always thought WordPerfect used the standard OLE summary information sections to store its metadata.

WordPerfect files aren't OLE files…

We developed MetaViewer to easily access file system and OLE metadata (its free and available from the downloads area). I was able to get a partnership agreement from Corel and the SDK so we hope to add the support soon. As Harlan said, WP is a different beast and unfortunately metadata has to be accessed through the components from Corel.

I'll post when we can get a new version together with WP support.

Thanks,
Jon
