Root Galaxy SIII i9305 Using Heimdal

I saw there are several posts about the subbject matter but refereing them I could not find an direct answer for my question. So posing here )

I want to root i9305 Android 4.3 using heimal (because I want to do it on Ubuntu).

I am expecting to use CF-Auto root from chainfire. I will untar it to get recovery.img and flash using heimdal.

Questions
1. Can I use recovery img untar from CF-Auto root? or

2. should I use a recovery.img Android build version specific.
If so where can I find it?

3. When using CF -Auto root with ODIN it install super su automatically and rooted. With heimdal if I am able to use CF-auto root, then are other steps required. (In brief will CF-Auto root do root for me only by flashing recovery.img)
