Hello, İ have a rooted Samsung A53 phone (Android 12) and I acquire phone physical image via Oxygen (Android Physical method) but all files is encrypted. How can i decrypt the image

You can't, unless encryption was disabled before. In general, you sould use the full filesystem method instead of physical in Oxygen.
