Is there anyone tried to extract data from a Samsung Galaxy S3 (i9300)?

Cellebrite UFED supports this model for over a month.

An update

Galaxy S3 (i9300) Physical extraction that will bypass pattern/PIN lock (USB debugging is off) is coming to a UFED Touch near you (this is already working in the lab)

It was a long research, but we are there.

Hi Ron,

you say it's coming to the UFED Touch. Is this being implemented in the original UFED as well?

If it will be possible to add this specific exploit to the UFED classic then it will be.

From past experience different models indeed may be based on different chip-sets and the exploit that we found might not work.

Different chipsets implement the "low level" differently and if we found a "way in" for one chip-set, this might be irrelevant for other chip-sets.

The Galaxy S3 i9300 and the i9300T are based on the "Samsung Exynos 4412" chip-set and they are both expected to work, so as the other models in the list below.

We have not tested them all yet, but we will. A version is expected within about 2 months after we finalize the below list and the decoding.
