I have a UFED touch and I clicked the bypass extraction there wasnt any model for Samsung S3 GT-I9300.
Does there any new software update for Samsung S3 pattern lock ?
There has been a recent firmware update to 1.8.6.0. The headline improvement for this update is support for Android devices running 4.2.2, which the SIII is likely running. I think you need to update your UFED.
There is also a samsung support package available to download in my MyCellebrite page, but I don't have a Samsung phone to try it on.
I can confirm that the current Version of UFED Touch supports the GT-9300 bypass - it also doesnt need usb debugging to be active. (working via RAM injection)
You will be able to do a physical dump or a filesystem dump - at least for the active partitions.
