I have a J7 that has been put away for a few years now and forgot the passcode. There is no service to the phone. Is there any way or any company that can unlock it without a factory rest? I have alot of data that I can loose on it. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have Oxygen Forensic or Cellebrite-UFED. You can try to get all the data from the locked conditions via EDL Mode.

@satyendra I dont know much about those options. Do I need anything special to do it or just a computer and USB cable and software or do I to know how to code or anything. If you can would you be able to explain that process a little bit more in depth? Thank you
