Can anyone tell me what hex means as regards screen position. Left to right is simply increasing numbers, how do you identify a top to bottom position? Gordon

You look at the Y hex besides the X hex.
Seriously, you will need to provide some context[1], noone (without ESP capabilities) will be able to answer your question.

[1] you know, like device, OS, where you are getting the "hex" from, etc.
