Hi,
I am looking to search for part of a filename in EnCase 6. For example
2008 renewal form.pdf
2007 Renewal form.pdf
I want to find all pdf files that contain the name 'renewal'. I have tried searching using the search criteria 'renewal' however, this just searches within files and not the filenames.
The pdf I am looking for is a scanned file and it is not OCR'd!
Has anyone got any ideas?

In Encase 6, go to the conditions tab, select file details, then file name
Put in renewal in the dialog box.
That will filter all the files for any file containing renewal in the name.
