Hi All,

Repairing the charging port on a Samsung SM-G920F for an extraction. I have done this some what successfully (the touch sensitive menu buttons not connected). However when trying to boot the device it shows a solid blue light (where this indicates charging) and a black screen.

I have successfully completed this repair on other devices of the same model and not had this issue

Any Idea what the issue is and how to move forward?

The device booted prior but connection to forensic software and charging was intermittent.
