Im working in customer service firm and we are shared our desktop and workstation computer among the staff because our operation system is 24 hours. We using various system and application such attendance system, email, 12 company system and skype business.My concern is lately several staff having an issues for example when i want to login into one of company system, suddenly pop -up message come out said that i already login in another session, but as far as i know i already logout all the system before my work end a day before.
Is there any software that can be used to know if our password being hacked or registry of who already used and loging the same pc?
I really need to know this urgently because i also worried because my job are managing customer personal detail sand worried that this issues will cause a loss to our company. I also new and zero knowledge on computer forensic really hope that thru this knowledge sharing session will help me to propose to my company and we can start to monitor any possible hacked or threat.
Information Security is something that that your company should seriously consider employing an individual with the necessary skills to assist with.
In this particular case, registry analysis can help, but if you don't know the difference between SAM and SYSTEM then without experience you will struggle to resolve this issue.
