Can anyone recommend services similar to spypig for confirming if an email has been read ?

There is http//msgtag.com , it is more efficient from spypig.com when you send a lot of mails, but requires to install software on your computer..

Could you advise why spypig doesn't meet your needs? That would help narrow the potential alternatives a bit.

Try ReadNotify.com… works great, is free and can do document tracking as well.
