T-Mobile has recently changed their legal process requirements for obtaining their “TrueCall” report. They will no longer honor a warrant that requests the report by name (“TrueCall”). Instead, they are looking for the verbiage “TDOA or Timing Advance Information” in your legal process.
We believe this is important information, as any pending legal requests that only reference “TrueCall” data may be delayed or denied, resulting in loss of evidence. TrueCall data is only retained by T-Mobile for 90 days.
Just wanted to share to help anyone that needed it!
