How do I determine if a computer that was connected to a WAP had used WEP or WPA?

If Wireless Zero Config was used would the values in HKLM\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SERVICES\WZCSVC\ be of help in determining what type of wifi encryption if any was used?
